TED: Bill Gates asks, "How do you make great teachers?"

Just watched one of the 3 new videos on TED: Ideas Worth Spreading. Bill Gates talks about Malaria and Education . . . very cool.

I particularly like when he talks about "How do you make a great teacher?"

I'll try and write more later on today (I'm operating on 6 hours of sleep with a cold) about what Gates said.
