New Foreign English Instructors/Teachers in Korea -- Realistic expectations of Korean co-teachers versus unrealistic

This is a post that I will try to write soon but suspect that I will need a lot of time to think through all of the issues . ..

I'm now in the end of semester work crunch at my university job. For the next 3-4 weeks things are very busy, and then the last two and a half weeks of June I am finishing up teaching the two courses I am teaching for the 6 month Intensive English Training Program at my university.

Please be patient and look for this post to be completed some time between now and August.
